I have a deep-seeded love of albums that comes from childhood. I can remember flipping through my parents’ wedding album and completely adoring it. My mom looked like a goddess!
My family photos became my most precious possessions after losing my mom to cancer when she was only 49.
I cherish the two albums I do have: one from my own childhood, and one that I pieced together with photos of my mom after she died, which I always show to my son. To us, they are more than just books full of pictures. These two albums host our stories and our family history. They’re great talking points, and they give us comfort.
I want all of my clients to have the same experience that our albums give my family. Don’t get me wrong, digital files are great and all, but I promise there is nothing like the feeling of holding an album you can share with the ones you love most.
